This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $ 34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, retrieve, and maintain information using a personal computer and other data processing systems.
• Receive, review, and process coded and uncoded source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Review data and make routine corrections to ensure data integrity.
• Manage and prioritize daily workload to meet established deadlines and performance expectations.
• Prepare and initiate correspondence in accordance with agency and program policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidential and complex records, files, and filing systems while ensuring compliance with applicable confidentiality requirements.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Make professional outbound telephone calls as needed to support unit operations and customer service needs.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.
• Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions, meetings, and conferences.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
