This position is located in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $ 34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• This position is a full-time in an office setting.
  -Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately.
  -Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.
  -Serves as the EBT clerk.
  -Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
  -Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  -Participate in individual and staff conferences.
  -Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
  -Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
  -Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
  -Performing various backup duties as required.
