Nestlé in Ukraine invites 5-6th year students and recent graduates to participate in the Graduate Program in the Nutrition Business with a focus on assistingthe department & brand team with administrative work.

Where will you work? – Nestlé office in Kyiv

When will you start? – August / September 2026

How long will it last? – 1 year

What type of employment? – Full day

During the program, you’ll get a chance to provide support to the Nutrition department:

• timely processing of payment documents, drawing up business papers in the established form;
• preparation of memo, ordering products and tracking product shipments;
• support for the work of the medical team, product ordering for free testing according to policies, medical equipment ordering;
• support the marketing team in creating, approving, and placing orders for product stickers;
• production and distribution of basic POSM across Ukraine, preparation of documents for writing off materials from the warehouse;
• support in updating the information on the website;
• experience what it’s like to be a part of a multicultural team;
• gain practical knowledge by working in our businesses;
• develop your hard and soft skills via trainings and mentoring by supervisors;
• extend your network by preparing common projects with other graduates;
• receive further career opportunities.

What will make you successful:

• You are 5-6th year student or recent graduate;
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced Microsoft Office pack user;
• Communication and cooperation skills;
• Full of creative ideas;
• Responsibility and focus on results;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
