Responsibilities
● Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
● Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors
● Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
● Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
● Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation
● Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
● Support internal teams with projects and additional duties as needed
● Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for administrative tracking and reporting
● Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks
● Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture
Qualifications
● Previous experience in administrative support, receptionist, customer service, or office coordination
preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
● Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
