We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant Specialist to support Foreign Military Sales(FMS) international program teams. The person selected for the role will: Managing DoD international travelprocess, requirements and guidelines for FMS (Foreign Military Sales) international travel; CAC Card managementfor travelers that require a CAC Card to travel; Provide calendar management, expense reporting, and otherassistance duties as needed. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine“people person” approach.

Must be detailed oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, excel at logistics for high‑impact meetings, on-sitesupport, and possess the ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and maintain a Secret clearance.

Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00
