Job Description

This role requires support on three fronts, namely, operations, government relations liaison and sales.

Part of operations support includes and not limited to

• Manage office supplies.
• Receiving/Dispatch/packing/Unpacking/Coordination with courier company/Customer for the material transportation.
• Maintaining the inventory of materials. i.e. local stockkeeping
• Support for Invoicing follow-ups
• Support for material shipment tracking
• Support Engineers for project documentation and follow ups.
• Support admin tasks on IFS and Workday.
• Route, transport, time management and reporting for engineer assignment.

Part of sales support includes and not limited to

• Support sales on the quotation follow-ups

Part of Government Liaison support includes and not limited to

• Support for gate pass arrangements and visit as GRO.
• Support for Zawil/SABIC/ARAMCO Gate pass
• Maintain the Customer ID records (Issue Date, Expiry Dates Etc.) and facilitate returns.
• Support government relation for visa requirement.

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (in support of Saudization and localization objectives).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, logistics, sales support, or government relations activities.
• Valid local driving license required.
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Please note, this role requires availability and ability to drive locally to conduct local purchases, document delivery and other GR related activities.
