About the Role

The Administrative Support Resource will provide administrative and logistical support to Field Office Support (FOS) activities, working closely with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders across headquarters and multiple field offices in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative and operational support to supervisors and institutional projects.

  • Prepare, log, and distribute correspondence and documents in compliance with organizational standards.

  • Support project processing by coordinating document reviews, monitoring timelines, and ensuring adherence to procedures.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong typing, memo drafting, editing, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Terms of Engagement

  • Full-time, onsite (5 days per week)

  • One-year contract, renewable based on performance and operational needs

  • Subject to probationary period and regular performance reviews
