Manages incoming phone calls, directs visitors, and provides administrative support for the Zoo President and CEO as needed. Oversees office supply and uniform inventory and distribution, maintains administrative conference rooms and break areas, coordinates Lunch and Learn events and Zoo vehicle checkout procedures, and distributes mail and packages daily. Maintains the Zoo’s intranet, monitors emergency communications, and performs monthly safety checks.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in customer service, administrative work, or related field. Per Sedgwick County policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid US driver’s license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience providing customer service in an office setting. Associate’s degree in business management or a related field.
