About the role

The HR Specialist will ensure full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience across our organization. This role is key to delivering mandatory HR projects (Equality Plan, Digital Disconnection Protocol, etc.), strengthening internal communication, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.In this role, you’ll bring your analytical strength, leadership experience, and user-centric mindset. In return, you’ll join a fast-growing and highly collaborative team where you can directly influence digital strategy, evolve our global web platform, and create tangible impact across markets.


More about the role

  • Lead mandatory HR compliance projects under Spanish labor law
  • Drive employee experience initiatives focused on engagement and well-being
  • Create clear and effective internal communication content
  • Support HR processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver HR initiatives
  • Continuously improve HR policies, practices, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support labor-related matters and act as a point of contact for employees


More about you

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar
  • Experience in employee experience, internal communications, or HR generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English language; native-level Spanish
