As an Administrative Support & Call Center Agent, you will provide reliable telephone coverage and high-quality administrative support to customers across Nestlé Group entities. This varied role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of activities, interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure seamless behind-the-scenes operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and making an impact at scale.


How you will make an impact as an Administrative Support & Call Center Agent

Telephone support and customer service:

  • Provide telephone coverage, answer internal and external calls, and direct callers to the appropriate services
  • Use telecommunication and IT tools to manage calls and monitor statistics
  • Handle requests and sensitive situations with discretion, composure, and a solution-oriented approach

Administrative and operational support:

  • Manage office supplies, stock levels and orders, as well as various correspondence and administrative support requests
  • Process emails, contact internal and external customers, and ensure administrative follow-up
  • Create and follow up tickets in the support platform
  • Update office information in the system, as well as distribution lists, contacts, and standard routines
  • Export and analyse data and keep schedules up to date in Excel
  • Apply Nestlé excellence standards, update routines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service


What will make you successful

  • Experience in versatile administrative support, telephone reception, and customer service roles; experience in a similar environment is an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written French, English, and German, with all three languages being essential; Swiss German is an advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, or similar), and confidence using and learning digital telecommunications tools such as Microsoft Teams; knowledge of Nimbus, ServiceNow, or SAP is an advantage
  • Versatility and the ability to manage several requests and priorities simultaneously with accuracy
  • Discretion, reliability, flexibility regarding working hours, and excellent stress management
  • Strong customer and service orientation, clear communication, and a decidedly solution-oriented approach
  • Team spirit, initiative, openness to change, and adaptability in an evolving environment
