
The University Corporation is a non-profit auxiliary corporation providing commercial and administrative services to California State University, Northridge. Overview: This ASA I position for the Language, Speech and Hearing Center is responsible for front office duties typically Monday through Monday through Friday, but sometimes Saturdays. Is a contact person for students, clients/patients, faculty, and clinical educators. Is responsible for general office duties such as answering phones, checking in clients/patients, scheduling client/patient appointments, collecting fees and co-pays, printing invoices and receipts, and responding to requests from student clinicians or faculty members. Participates in the training of clinic assistants. Hours are typically 930am to 630pm, and sometimes Saturdays 8am to 1pm.
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
The anticipated hiring range: $19.97 - $27.96
Time Base: Full – Time
