As a member of the Beausejour regional team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service for the Property Assessment Services Office as well as providing administrative support related to assessment functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
responding to requests and inquiries received from the public as well as from other SNB employees and business partners
processing Residential Tax Credit applications, FLIP applications, mobile home registrations and other applications and documents associated with the assessment functions
updating information system and files related to assessment activities including the on-line manual
processing, preparing and maintaining documents related to requests for reviews and appeals
Managing records in accordance with records retention requirements
producing weekly, monthly and annual reports related to the assessment function
Supporting other administrative tasks such as mail delivery, translation requests
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from High School supplemented by a related post-secondary diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

On occasion, some travel throughout the province may be required.
Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
