We’re looking for an
Administrative Support
to assist day-to-day operational processes related to payroll preparation, billing coordination, timekeeping, and administrative support. This role helps ensure smooth operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating requests, and supporting both clients and the operations team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
• Manage operational tickets and provide updates related to payroll, billing and administrative concerns
• Monitor timekeeping records and maintain tracking spreadsheets accurately
• Assist with payroll preparation for final processing and monthly client billing activities
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding concerns, updates, and operational matters when needed
• Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (9 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time)
Rate:
$6.5/hour
