The Position

Administrative Support

Ready to kickstart your career in a leading healthcare company? We are looking for a proactive Administrative Support to help our service team stay sharp and organized. If you’re a student or recent graduate who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with data, and wants to see how a global organization operates from the inside, we want to meet you. The Opportunity:

• Support the team by ensuring all service cases are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Help keep our instrument records up to date to ensure the service team has accurate information.

• Assist the Service Excellence Partners in finding ways to make our daily workflows smoother.

• Compile and organize data to create helpful reports for our clients.

• Join international meetings to learn best practices and help implement new solutions.

• Provide administrative backing for our new Commercial Operation model (CJT).

• Monitor Service IDOCs to ensure smooth data flow and provide hands-on assistance to the team navigating SAP and Rexis platforms.

Who you are:

• You are a current university student or a recent graduate.

• You are proficient in both Polish and English.

• You have a solid grasp of Excel and the Google Workspace environment.

• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, high independence, and excellent organizational abilities.

• Previous experience in administration, logistics, or project-based work is a strong plus.
