Job Description

The Administrative Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the operational success of our market by leading administrative processes, supervising support staff, and ensuring accurate execution of business critical tasks. This position oversees multiple administrative functions, supports cross functional teams, and helps drive results aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Administrative Support team across locations.
  • Train and lead team members in Settlement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Operations support, and Customer Support processes.
  • Review and manage direct reports’ schedules, timekeeping, and overtime in alignment with policy.
  • Serve as a backup for direct reports and other Great Plains Market admin roles to ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate business performance to support attainment of operational targets.
  • Conduct periodic audits, trend analyses, and risk mitigation reviews, including running, analyzing, and distributing reports.
  • Research, resolve, and communicate customer issues on behalf of Sales and Delivery Management.
  • Provide planning and execution support for team events (meetings, recognition programs, charitable drives).
  • Perform additional administrative or customer support tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years administrative experience.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution skills with the ability to foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships.
  • Reliable, accountable, and consistent in completing assigned tasks and supporting team success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or supervising teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience with financial processes including AR/AP, settlements, reporting, or payroll adjacent workflows.
  • Experience identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience coaching employees, conducting development plans, and supporting performance improvement efforts.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations best practices, or labor relations is a plus.
