1. ประสานงานบุคคล / ธุรการจัดทำรวบรวมข้อมูล พนักงานลาออก / พนักงานเริ่มงานใหม่
2. จัดทำตารางเวลางานของพนักงาน (โอที วันหยุด ขาดงาน มาสาย )
3. โอนย้าย / ตรวจสอบทรัพย์สิน
4. งานยานยนต์ ตรวจรับบิลน้ำมัน ค่าปรับ รายงานอุบัติเหตุ / สอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ / ล้างรถ / ปะยาง
5. งานการเงิน
6. ตั้งเบิกเงิน E-payment / Cash control / E-memo / ค่าใช้จ่าย Online และ Offline ของทั้ง 4 ทีม ( DS 1-3 , Online Sales )
7. ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จค่าตั้งบูธ วางสื่อ ทางด่วน ที่จอดรถ ค่าอาหารค่างานเลี้ยงต่าง ๆ คืนเงินลูกค้าก่อนติดตั้ง ฯลฯ
8. งานการตลาด
9. จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน อุปกรณ์ใช้ทำสื่อ
10.รับ-ส่งสื่อการตลาดรวมถึงของพรีเมียม
11.ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานกับฝ่าย HR / บัญชี / หน่วยงานความปลอดภัย / ยายยนต์
12.ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications:
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. / ปวส. ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า
2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้านบัญชี จะพิตารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
3. หากมีประสบการณ์งานเอกสาร งานแอดมินจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
4. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม MS Office, Internet Boardband Business.
