YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of settlements of transport costs
• Verification of the correctness of subcontractors' invoices
• Preparation of cost settlements with company branches
• Handling income settlements
• Completion and distribution of transport documents, including customs documents
• Cooperation with subcontractors in the field of transport services
• Contact with internal and external customers
• Scanning of documents, preparation of reports and indicators

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Experience in office work
• Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to work with numbers
• Accuracy and good organization of work
• Engagement in the duties you perform
• Willingness to develop and learn in the field of road transport
• Ability to cooperate effectively within a team
• Knowledge of Polish language
• Knowledge of English language will be an advantage
