Job Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for daily operations within Enrollment Services and Workforce Development office, serving as the primary point of contact for students and visitors.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Success, and their designee, the Colleton Navigator and Building Administrator, the Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the Colleton Campus Enrollment Services office. This role supports prospective and current credit and non-credit students by providing front-line assistance with admissions, records, financial aid, and student systems while ensuring efficient and welcoming front desk operations.
