Pay Range: $20.59 - 25.53 Hourly

Do you like helping others? NFM is looking for an Administrative Specialist to perform administrative tasks to support the Distribution Center Manager, Warehouse Operations and Department Managers. If you have a knack for generating and analyzing production and performance numbers and can follow processes and procedures, this is the job for you.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Track: Ensure training is scheduled and attended, track attendance and staff time off while keeping time keeper activities accurate
• Collaborate: Work with management to maintain departmental policies, procedures, training materials, communications, etc.
• Prepare: Maintain records/files, prepare new hire packets, manage assigned accounts and audit and reconcile credit card purchases
• Assist:Gather and generate productivity and performance numbers for review by the DC Manager
• Support: Track scorecard measurements, payroll dollars, status codes, overdue annual performance reviews, receiving activities and other projects as assigned

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 4 years office/clerical experience required
• 2 years customer service or vender relationship experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
