DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: As a member of our Administration team, the Administrative Specialist role serves as an internal resource to office, sales, and production staff. This role coordinates the creation of and maintenance of products, Bills of Materials, costing, and pricing within our ERP. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of business operations, inventory management, business processes, and organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage
· Excellent team player with above average computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
· Highly motivated, good attitude, strong sense of urgency, and is a self-starter
· Detail oriented and possess creative problem-solving skills
· Desire for continuous learning opportunities
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Availability of working flexible hours (early morning/evening hours) when needed
· High school diploma or GED required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred

The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.
