Leidos seeks highly qualified and experienced Administrative Specialists to support United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) through high-level administrative and business operations support across multiple organizations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality, supporting strategic coordination, and contributing to command readiness through efficient planning, communications, and task tracking. Individuals will engage in activities supporting Leidos on-site contract support to USCYBERCOM J3 (Operations).
Primary Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate, relevant administrative support to elements of USCYBERCOM J3
Coordinate daily administrative operations with internal and external entities
Schedule and manage meetings, events, and VIP visits, including logistical arrangements and briefing materials and reserve meeting spaces and coordinate audiovisual/telecom requirements in support of set and ad hoc meeting requirements
Prepare, track, and manage official correspondence and documentation in accordance with records management standards and create and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and maintain action item trackers
Distribute read-ahead materials and meeting briefings
Maintain calendars, schedules, and organizational shared resources for situational awareness
Track and report ancillary training and compliance status and perform trend analysis, as directed by program leadership
Collect and consolidate feedback to support optimization of command battle rhythms and drive changes to activity reports to meet leadership intent
Update and manage workforce locator tools, personnel accountability trackers, and asset management systems
Manage and coordinate Workflow Management System (WMS) tasks, to include tracking responses and reporting status
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, manuals, and mission-related instructions
Facilitate logistics and scheduling for senior-level military, civilian, and foreign visitors, as appropriate
Identify and implement administrative process improvements to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency
Support human resource processes including hiring coordination, onboarding, training, and out-processing
Basic Qualifications
Top Secret/SCI eligibility with Polygraph security clearance.
Proven ability to independently manage administrative tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, mission-focused setting while displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and file management systems
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
High School Diploma
Junior Level - 3+ years’ experience performing Administrative Assistant support at the Junior-level within the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), or the United States Government.
Journeyman Level - 8+ years' experience performing Administrative Assistant support at the Journeyman-level within the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), or the United States Government.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience supporting USCYBERCOM, with demonstrated understanding of USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission
Deep experience using Workflow Management Systems (WMS), JIRA, or similar task tracking tools and extensive familiarity with records management, personnel accountability, and asset tracking systems
Demonstrated experience successfully planning and supporting high-level events and visits
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve administrative processes, with focus on optimization to streamline activities
Intimate knowledge of DoD protocol for working with senior officials and foreign visitors

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
