People Dynamics is Hiring | Administrative Specialist

Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on Project and Performance)

We're looking for a proactive Administrative Specialist for our client to support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient coordination across business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Monitor incoming and outgoing emails and official communications.
Archive documents in accordance with organizational policies.
Follow up on purchase requests, invoices, and pending payments.
Assist in preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate records.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Enter and update data in ERP or other business systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor compliance with internal procedures and policies.
Prepare operational reports and statistical summaries.
Track advances and follow up on settlements.
Support contract administration and digital transformation initiatives.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
