Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)

Function:

Performs executive assistant and administrative duties in support of Executive

Department functions and support the EVP Director of Consumer Banking and EVP Chief Operating Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives, screens, and responds to or refers various emails, telephone and in-person calls from directors, shareholders, customers and vendors.
  • Receives, opens, and sorts incoming mail for the department.
  • Performs various administrative duties in support of the EVP Director of Consumer Banking and EVP Chief Operating Officer, including, but not limited to:
  • Assisting with other administrative duties to include making travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments and scheduling field visits.
  • Ordering supplies, filing, and organizing office supplies and materials.
  • Coordinating food deliveries for various meetings.
  • Performs various administrative duties in support of the Director of Branch Banking and Director or Consumer Products
  • Demonstrates knowledge of technology to:
  • Facilitate meetings and support presentation design.
  • Capturing meeting minutes
  • Assists with other secretarial duties when needed within the department.
  • Sends flowers to customers, directors and employee families for special occasions, including bereavements, and monitors billings.
  • Serves as the training liaison for the department which includes tracking and reporting any training done by department members on a quarterly basis.
  • Reconciles corporate visa statements for department members and expense reports as necessary.
  • Plans and carries out special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Must have the ability to work independently. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, works as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree. Major: Business/Office related.

Experience:

Requires two to five years general and one to two years of specialized experience specifically office management and administrative duties.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device, electronic equipment and office equipment. Routinely lifts Board Books and supplies. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry for a period of up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”-20” for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Offered rates and salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on experience, education, and evidenced position specific skill requirements.

For roles that are incentive eligible, payment is based upon the plan document and company, business, and/or individual performance.

Salary Range:

$15.00 - $30.53
