Key Responsibilities

As an intern in our Administrative Services team, you will:

  • Coordinate logistics for client visits, audits, and supplier interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and support colleagues using the Concur application.
  • Enter purchase requests and manage goods receipts using SAP and ARIBA applications.
  • Manage executive calendars through Outlook.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events such as Town Hall meetings and top management gatherings.
  • Support the Community Action Council team in coordinating social events in the community.
  • Engage in social communication activities to promote corporate events.

Throughout this internship, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our company flows and values.
  • Develop strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Improve your ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Build relationships with different managerial levels within the organization.
  • Learn to navigate and apply various corporate management systems, including SAP, ARIBA, Concur, and Catalyst.
  • Required Qualification

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, management, languages or a related field.
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
