Job Description

Join a team dedicated to improving the patient experience across our organization. As the Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide essential support that helps our team deliver meaningful work impacting patients, families, and care teams.

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate meetings and events, manage calendars and scheduling, oversee travel and purchasing processes, and support departmental financial and administrative activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, and brings strong administrative skills along with expertise in Microsoft Office tools.

This position is responsible for planning and implementing activities of a program within a department, and ensuring goals and objectives are in accordance with established criteria. The incumbent interprets program policies and advises program participants on the application of regulations.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Oversees daily program operations and coordinates program activities.
  • Develops and implements program goals and objectives.
  • Monitors program quality and effectiveness, and researches improvement methods.
  • Establishes program budget, monitors and approves related expenditures, and ensures budget goals are met.
  • Assists with fundraising activities.
  • Advises staff, students, and others, regarding program policies, goals and related technical issues.
  • Prepares reports, financial statements, as well as reports on program status, and progress for management, and outside agencies.
  • Writes and edits program related publications, and promotional or educational materials.
  • Oversees others who schedule meetings, seminars, and other program related functions.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal and external constituencies involved in program activities.
  • Works collaborative with the director and department staff in supporting departmental project needs.
  • May assign, direct, and review work of support staff.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze, and make decision related to program content.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize deadlines.
  • Demonstrated human relations, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to provide independent coordination and decision making for all activities of a specified program.
  • Proficiency in statistical and business software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalency.
  • One year of directly related experience.
