The Administrative Sergeant is a strategic leader within the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Police, responsible for coordinating critical administrative, operational, and compliance functions. This role provides essential leadership support across training coordination, technical services, compliance management, hiring and recruitment. The position ensures continuity of essential administrative functions, mitigates operational risks, and serves as a key liaison with external law enforcement partners.
*The full salary range is $70,500-$88,135-$105,800.
The expected starting salary range is $75,000-$90,000. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
