We are now looking for a

Administrative & Sales Support

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Bermeo, Spain.

What you will be doing

As Administrative & Sales Support, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales organization, including customer quotation follow-up, CRM data maintenance, and support for sales process effectiveness, sales reporting, travel and visa coordination, meeting and event organization.
• Manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities, including powers of attorney, board minutes, legal documentation, registry filings, interactions with notaries and legal advisors, tax certificates, and communications with public authorities.
• Coordinate office administration, purchasing, and business support services, including supplier management, procurement and purchase orders, office services, courier and logistics coordination, employee support requests, and administrative controls related to laboratory operations.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in administrative support, procurement, and corporate governance activities.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
