We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven administrative sales & installation support

candidate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Residential Sales, Installation, and Design Teams by

executing administrative processes, scheduling jobs, and ensuring smooth project coordination.

A Typical Day:

• Process orders for residential projects with outside vendors
• Work closely with sales representatives, designers, estimators, project managers, and customers
• Ensure all administrative aspects of each project are executed efficiently
• Verify project estimates with high accuracy

Requirements

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in an administrative setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach
• Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior Project Coordinator or Administrative experience
• Knowledge of flooring or construction industry is recommended but not required
