Administrative Sales Coordinator

Canton, OH | Full Time | Hourly Non-Exempt | M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM| Pay Range: $20 - $25 /hour

B-TEK Scales, LLC, is a manufacturer of high-capacity truck, rail, floor, and bench scales for the weighing industry in Canton, Ohio. We are seeking an Administrative Sales Coordinator with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. This person will be responsible for manufacturing assembly processing, order entry, invoicing, and answering customer phone calls. The individual in this position must also be customer first mindset, manage and organize workflow priorities, and have a focus on details.

Job Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Enter manufacturing assemblies
• Enter new customer sales orders.
• Perform invoicing.
• Process payments.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.
• Work closely with the manufacturing, sales, and other office teams members.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team driven focus
• Friendly and willing to help others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Data entry/invoicing/AR experience: 1 year
• Customer service experience: 1 year
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP experience, Microsoft Dynamics GP or Acumatica preferred
