About the role
As a Junior Admin & Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations related to sales and client management.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first full-time role) who wants to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will be responsible for
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and invoices
- Create, update, and maintain client records
- Manage sales administrative follow-up (quotation status, invoicing, basic payment reminders)
- Update client databases and CRM tools
- Organize and maintain commercial and administrative documents
- Support the Sales team in preparing sales-related documents
- Contribute to tracking sales opportunities
- Coordinate administrative communication with clients (emails, documents, information)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in administration, business, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first role)
- Strong interest in startups and digital solutions
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative documents
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and digital tools
- Comfortable using CRM and collaborative tools
- Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
