Butler Snow LLP is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join our team in our Charleston, SC office, and this may just be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper people
• Provide office support via clerical activities
• Manage and distribute mail delivery within the office
• Coordinate meetings collaborative with our Audio/Visual team
• Copy, scan and organize files.
• Perform general hospitality services including lunch setup and clean up for meetings, Caterer coordination and meeting room management
• Create and maintain a welcoming comfortable tidy environment for our guests, clients, and staff

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work with professionalism and integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Law Firm experience preferred
• Minimum of one to two years’ experience in customer service/hospitality/event organization
