As Guest Relations, you'll be the welcoming presence that sets the tone for the Brookestone View experience. From greeting visitors and answering phones to supporting daily administrative tasks, you'll help create a positive, professional, and caring atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide information and assistance to residents, guests, and team members
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties
• Support communication and coordination throughout the community
• Create and maintain documents, forms, and communications using Microsoft Office and Canva
• Operate office equipment including telephones, copiers, printers, and fax machines
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and inviting front office environment
• Represent Brookestone View's values through exceptional customer service
