Administrative Receptionist
Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a Full Time Administrative Receptionist in our Administration department at our Taylorsville location.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service, communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Typing / keyboarding skills
Must be a highly engaged, collaborative team member
Essential Functions and Duties:
Answer phones, schedule appointments and greet visitors in the Administrative & Executive Suites
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with all visitors and Granger Medical Clinic "customers", including but not limited to 3rd party vendors, physicians, patients, clinic support teams, and guest
Continually demonstrate the ability to properly handle each call in a professional and efficient manner
Manage calendars for the Conference Rooms and team members as assigned
Tidy Conference Rooms before and after meetings and restock supplies
Manage administrative on call schedules
Set up and type minutes for assigned Committee Meetings
Print/scan documents for team members
Provide assistance to Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Ops Managers and other team members
Order and stock office/kitchen supplies
Sort and distribute mail for Administration
Update Directory List
Pick up/drop off lunches for assigned meetings
Manage expense and mileage report for team members as assigned
Small Projects
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 10lbs
Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment
