HealthRIGHT 360 is a social justice organization that believes that all people deserve equal access to healthcare services. The Managing Director of Northern California Residential Programs is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, management of Residential programs in Northern California for HealthRIGHT 360. HealthRIGHT 360's Northern California behavioral health residential
services include locations in San Francisco and San Mateo.
Under the supervision of the Northern California VP of Behavioral Health, the RAPM will be a change agent responsible for leading regional behavioral health management into a client focused, data driven, team oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement and ensures the implementation of such in all business functions across the region. This is a fast-paced position and the RAPM is also responsible for supporting the Northern California VP of Behavioral Health to juggle competing priorities.
The RAPM will also provide executive level administrative support arranging travel and correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and proactive coordination of logistics. The position requires ability to function with minimal supervision, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and very high customer service orientation including a strong willingness to help with a diverse set of tasks and needs that come
up throughout their daily work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitates reporting of programmatic process flows, client care experience, and staff experience.
• Defines and frames complex issues and develops timetables/processes for decision making.
• Plan, procure, execute, and complete projects as assigned from start to finish.
• Provides administrative and operational support for the daily functions of the Northern California BHVP.
• Track projects and program activities on behalf of the Northern California BHVP and reports back programmatic processes.
• Provides administrative support and coordination for various meetings, including taking minutes, organizing meeting logistics, agenda setting and following up as directed on assigned project
action items.
• Help facilitate the recruitment/onboarding of Senior Directors/Managing Directors including initial posting/hiring documentation, setting up interviews, facilitating collection of all pertinent information, scheduling initial onboarding meetings, developing an on-boarding schedule, etc.
• Research key business issues and collaboratively works with Systems Integration team on collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Coordinate travel for the Northern California BHVP including some light calendar scheduling.
• Track statewide and regional projects on behalf of the Northern California BHVP.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, synthesize reports, generate data reports, and proofread subordinate reports.
• Maintain various Northern California Behavioral Health organizational records and documents.
• Provide and organize management of accreditation processes for various Northern California programs including support for audits and other regulatory review activities.
• Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence as requested.
• Streamline the flow of information to and from the Northern California senior BH leadership team.
• Support with technical issues and forms, such as creating MS/Adobe forms, surveys, etc.
Administration/Management Relations:
• Provides direct administrative support to the Vice President of Behavioral Health, including schedule management.
• Responsible for the coordination of Senior Leadership meetings and communications, including the production of agendas and support materials, tracking of action items and follow up, maintaining minutes, maintaining all corporate documents electronically and otherwise.
• Ensures that rooms are properly arranged, catering (when necessary) and materials in place
• Acts as the main contact for Vice President’s office and provides overall administrative and operational support for the Vice President of Southern California and other management in the corporate office, including calendaring, meeting set-up, conference rooms, etc.
• Works alongside fiscal staff to ensure all checks and private payments are processed, logged, and properly coded.
• Creates systems to improve the capacity of the administrative operations
• Supports events as needed
• Serves as the primary point of contact for building related issues, including any required documentation requested by building management.
• Coordinates response to funder reports, responding to audits and other monthly reports as needed.
• Provides support and ongoing project management for accreditation efforts.
Project Development/ Management:
• At the recommendation of senior leadership, takes on new projects and assignments that help ensure efficient operational procedures and practices
• Actively participates on Employee Engagement Committee, identifies opportunities to enhance workplace and employee engagement.
• Participate in planning of all employee meetings and holiday events/activities.
Contract Administration and Renewals:
• Works closely with insurance providers to ensure events, contracts and locations are appropriately insured.
• Manages timelines and deadlines for requests from funders, including all contract renewals.
• Develops, implements and manages systems and procedures for the management of government and insurance contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, public health, social welfare/work or another relevant public health or human services field
• 3-5 years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years providing direct administrative support to an executive or senior manager, or
• 7 years of direct administrative support to an executive or manager (each year of experience can substitute for each year of education)
Desired:
• Master’s Degree in public policy, public administration, public health, social welfare/work or another relevant field
• Lean Six Sigma green belt certification and knowledge/application of various change management frameworks
Knowledge
• Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup and other functions.
• Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
Desired:
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma informed treatment
• Knowledge of accreditation or healthcare programs bodies (i.e. CARF, Drug Medi-Cal
