技術部の管理業務全般をサポートしていただきます。 多様なバックグラウンドを持つ方が安心して働ける環境づくりを目指します。

This position will support the administrative operations of the Engineering division. We aim to create a work environment where people from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable and secure.

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

• 資料整理、ファイリング
• データ入力・管理（Excel、SAP等）
• 会議室予約、備品管理
• 郵便物・宅配便の受取・仕分け
• 社内外からの問い合わせ対応（一次受付）
• 部門予算の予実管理
• 技術部門で管轄する環境（実験室、設備、等）の整備
• その他、上司の指示による庶務業務

<必須条件>

• 日常会話レベルの日本語/英語力
• 基本的なPC操作（メール、Excel、Word等）
• チームでの協調性、コミュニケーション力
• 指示に従い正確に業務を遂行できる方
• 障害者手帳をお持ちの方

<望ましい条件>

• 事務経験
• 基幹システム、プロジェクトマネージメント用ツールの使用経験

<key activities / role and responsibilities>

• Organizing and filing documents
• Data entry and management (Excel, SAP etc.)
• Meeting room reservations and office supplies management
• Receiving and sorting mail and packages
• Handling internal and external inquiries (first point of contact)
• Budget planning and performance management for the division
• Managing and maintaining facilities (e.g., labs and equipment) under the engineering division’s responsibility
• Other general administrative tasks as directed by supervisors
• Holder of a Japanese disability certificate

<Mandatory>

• Conversational-level Japanese and English skills
• Basic PC skills (email, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to accurately perform tasks as instructed
• Holder of a valid disability certificate

<Desirable>

• Experience in administrative work
• Experience using core systems or project management tools
