Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware and repair processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google products.
  • Ability to work with software tools related to inventory and operations

Responsibilities:

  • Operating our inventory and repair software systems.
  • Processing invoices and sending out quotations.
  • Maintaining and organizing files and documents.
  • Supporting the sales and technical teams with paperwork and coordination.
  • Handling administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
