Stellenbeschreibung

We are currently looking for a motivated Administrative Officer for 3 datacenters of a well-known global client in Vienna & Schwechat

Serve as the principal assistant to the Security Team Manager in providing security services and related operations to the data center.

• Serve as the primary point of contact to data center Management and security personnel with the Security Team Manager is unavailable.
• Assist with training and certification for all new security personnel at the request of the Field TrainingOfficer and maintain required training documentation at the data center.
• Ensure all security personnel adhere to policies and Standard Operations Procedures.
• Act as Screener, Screening Supervisor, Responder or Control Room Supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.
• Assist with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance at the datacenter and potentially sister sites as needed.
• Conduct recurring audits and prepare and submit critical and confidential information directly to client management team.
• Maintain required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify security shortfalls and offer suggestions from improving the security program.
• Evaluate and escalate potential safety issues within the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Legal age: 18 years
• No criminal record
• Work permit for Austria (freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills & very good German skills
• Drivers licence B
• Associate degree and 4 or more years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• MS Office Skills
• Working knowledge with security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, etc.)
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Experience with working in a datacenter environment is a plus

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 3.300 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
