This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and operational support to the Doctor of Medicine program across Deakin’s regional locations. Working with academic and professional staff, you will support the delivery of teaching, assessment and simulated learning activities.
As part of Faculty Services, Medicine, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate program activities, support stakeholders across multiple sites and provide administrative and technical support for simulated learning as required.
This role requires face-to-face on-campus attendance during teaching periods, and occasional travel to Waurn Ponds will also be required.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively and provide high-quality administrative support in a dynamic environment.
