Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the director in various tasks
- Liaising with the accountants on documentation
- Following up shipments with suppliers
- Keeping registers and records for the company
- Preparing task reports
- Handling personal affairs for the director and managing aspects of the HK office
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 2 years of experience as personal assistant
- Proficiency in English
- Cantonese and mandarin are not necessary but will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate Available will be advantage
