We work directly with our OEM partner (Scania New Zealand) to provide tailored and flexible financing solutions to customers.


What you will do

Based in Wiri, you will be part of the Scania Finance team across New Zealand you will be responsible for;

  • Coordination and Verification of customer documentation pertaining to settlement of Asset Finance contracts, obtain, co-ordinate and verify customer documentation
  • General administration and customer services tasks
  • Settlement processing and the preparation of ancillary documents
  • Daily Banking reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain Contract Management systems, ensuring compliance

Who you are

To be successful as a Settlement Administrator Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have;

  • Experience in financial services a bonus but not essential
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain strong processes that meet legal compliance requirements
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to learn and use array of technology platforms, in house training provided
