We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive calendars
-Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical & digital)
-Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for domestic and international visits
-Handle shipping and customs clearance processes
-Organize company events and activities
-Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and facility management
-Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries
Requirements
-2–3 years of experience in administration
-Max Age is 30
- Females only
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Passionate and committed to work
-Excellent command of English
-Strong communication and coordination skills
