Lincoln County Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrative Nursing Supervisor to provide hospital-wide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts. As the administrative representative of the hospital, this role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, supporting nursing and interdisciplinary teams, coordinating patient flow, and promoting efficient operations across the organization.
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor serves as a key resource for caregivers, providers, patients, and families, utilizing sound clinical judgment and leadership skills to address complex situations and maintain operational excellence.
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor facilitates timely and safe patient flow and provides management and operational oversight of the acute care hospital setting, and ensures the provision of safe, quality patient care.

Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America)
Education: Associates of Nursing degree from an accredited school
License: NM licensed RN or out of state compact multistate RN
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience (acute care-tele or above) and/or leadership nursing experience.
Certifications: BLS required
