Rust Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Administrative Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts. This role serves as the on-site nursing administrative representative, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while supporting nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families across the hospital.
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient flow, staffing resources, problem-solving operational issues, facilitating communication among departments, and serving as a clinical resource and leader. This position plays a critical role in maintaining excellence in patient care, caregiver engagement, and operational efficiency.
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor facilitates timely and safe patient flow and provides management and operational oversight of the acute care hospital setting, and ensures the provision of safe, quality patient care.
