About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our team on-site in Towson, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both administrative operations and marketing within the growing home health care industry. Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, filing, and office coordination
  • Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, and campaign support
  • Help coordinate community outreach efforts and local marketing events
  • Maintain and update client and referral source databases using CRM tools
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
  • Support recruitment efforts by helping post job listings and screen applicants
  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and community partners
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
  • Must be able to work on-site in Towson, MD

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
