Job Description

Status: Full-Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Salary: $38,000

Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Lancaster Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provides general administrative support.
  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation and maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
  • Prepares weekly paperwork, documentation, and payroll processing.
  • Assist in coordinating office administration, meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associates degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a non-profit or social services setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/O365 and basic database systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedule; Evenings and weekends may be required.
