The Administration Manager directly supports the Irving Energy business line by overseeing administrative operations related to product supply, demand, cost management, and customer service within the region. The goal of the role is to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant processes that enable reliable supply, effective cost control, and consistent service delivery. Success is measured through accurate data and inventory management, controlled operating costs, timely issue resolution, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and dependable administrative support that allows the region to operate smoothly and meet both business and customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for service input and liquid balancing for Irving Energy business, first time only time customer resolution, branch resolution, and controllable expenses for New England
- Manage tank sales/swap clerk to ensure all processes are complete and within compliance for NE.
- Manage email delivery ticket programs for all NE customers
- Oversee fuel assistance programs, seek improvements, and maximize utilization of programs.
- Lead Admin team in LP tank project work to maximize efficiency for both operations and admin - includes data collection, processes, information accuracy, and working relationship between Admin and Operations
- Ensure liquid inventory is at or below tolerances for all liquid warehouses, adjust all liquid warehouses per schedule
- Adhere to all service inventory management processes and procedures
- Coordinate/execute random monthly inventories, and annual service inventory preparation, input, and report out and review cyclical workload to maximize efficiency and adjust direct reports workload to meet demand load evenly
- Lead Service Input team to determine outstanding work orders to reflect only true outstanding

Your Experience:
- Education: Post Secondary Business
- Minimum of Experience: 5 years plus related experience. 2 years of experience with billing operations
