Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all center staff, including scheduling, performance, and HR-related tasks.
Oversee financial operations including payroll, billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules, appointments, and clinic needs.
Manage the call center and ensure excellent customer service.
Plan and execute marketing strategies, including posting on social media platforms.
Monitor and improve operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
Use computer systems and software efficiently for data entry, reporting, and communication.
Represent the center in a professional manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in administrative or operations management, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Strong understanding of basic accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with people.
Excellent command of the English language.
