ContourGlobal is transforming into a predominantly renewable power platform through the decarbonization of its thermal fleet and the development of large-scale renewable energy and battery storage projects. Leveraging its in-house development, engineering and operational capabilities, the company currently has more than 2 GW of renewable and BESS projects under construction and approximately 15 GW in development.

Building on its advanced commercial and energy management capabilities, ContourGlobal partners with utilities, industrial customers and digital infrastructure operators to deliver tailored power solutions through long-term contracts, corporate PPAs and powered-land solutions that shorten time-to-market for data center developments.

Administrative Intern

Location: Lima Perú

Job Summary

As Administrative Intern, you will join our Legal and FInance team! In this role, you will report to Senior Lawyer and will have the opportunity to provide support in the legal and financial area by facilitating coordination and operational tasks, contributing to the optimization of processes and the improvement of daily tasks.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate in the process of uploading and approving documents to the Coupa system
• Support in the management and monitoring of contracts and agreements until the final signing stage.
• Collaborate with the areas in the process of requesting the creation of POs, as well as the payment

process to suppliers, maintaining order and control thereof.

• Prepare requests for BPOs, POs and invoice approval regarding suppliers in the legal and finance area.
• Support with the creation of new suppliers and monitor the process.
• Prepare and update reports and databases, ensuring the correct organization of information.
• Collaborate in the preparation of information for reports requested by internal administration and the

corporate.

• Support in the monitoring of communications, requests and requirements from entities and authorities.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal and financial files, ensuring their accessibility and

updating.

• Provide support in internal and external audits, collecting and organizing the required documentation.
• Coordinate with other areas of the company for the correct implementation of legal and financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvement projects, proposing initiatives that optimize the management of the Legal and

Finance areas.

• Coordinate and follow up on documentary procedures with suppliers in the legal area.
• Perform other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate superior.

• Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy.
• Comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

• Students of the 7th cycle or more in Accounting.
• Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated. (Not essential)
