Administrative House Supervisor - GrenadaDirects and supervises the operations in the assigned area with authority and accountability on for assigned shifts. Assures that nursing care is delivered according to standards and policy and assumes responsibility for the department in the absence of the nursing administrator. Functions as first-call resource in-house and consults with administrator on call as indicated.
Education and Experience Required:
Three (3) years of RN experience, at least one (1) of which in a leadership role
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:
Valid RN license
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge and understanding of clinical patient care standards and procedures. Interpersonal skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Analytical and conceptual skills.
