A Brief Overview
A one-year experiential learning opportunity for recently trained Master's prepared graduate providing broad exposure to regional and rural healthcare settings including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinic management, and health systems development. The fellow will spend a minimum of one week working in and with Avera's regional hospital Administrative Councils, will participate in meetings of the Board and its committees, medical staff committees, administrative staff, and selected System committees. The fellow will be responsible for the completion of assigned projects, and for rotating through System facilities.
